Ford Kuga, new colours, more powerful, lower emissions

Just released the higher powered diesel Ford Kuga SUV

The car is powered by a 2.0-litre TDCi engine delivering 180PS and 400Nm of torque

 

The Revised Kuga 2.0-litre TDCi diesel delivers 10 per cent more power, and emits up to 19g/km less CO2. Alongside this Ford will offer a 150 PS 2.0-litre TDCi option that delivers 122g/kmCO2 – an improvement of 12 per cent. The 1.5-litre EcoBoost equipped petrol model emits 11g/km less CO2 than the outgoing 1.6‑litre EcoBoost.

The 2.0 Litre diesel was the engine of choice, with 95% of all Kuga models sold in the UK. With the power up by 17ps to 180ps. A real bonus for towing, the improved torque will bring the most pulling power for a Kuga, combined with its Intelligent All-Wheel Drive.

Included as standard on all Kuga models, Auto-Start-Stop and Active Grille Shutter. Connectivity is improved with SYNC and AppLink for voice-activating your apps such as Spotify, Audiotex, Glympse and Radioplayer.

The Kuga models sold to date also have a a wide range of safety technologies available, with active park assist and rear view camera being the most popular options.

There a three new colours for the Ford Kuga, Ruby Red Metallic, Magnetic Metallic and Tiger Eye Metallica. The Titanium X model is also available with a body styling kit.
