The ŠKODA Yeti has been totally refreshed and now will be available in two variants one built for the city and the other for outdoor enthusiasts. The Yeti’s are making their world premieres at The Frankfurt Motor Show in September.
The all new Yeti will feature innovative technology features and the first ŠKODA with a rear-view camera. There are new engine and transmission combinations. The All New ŠKODA Yeti GreenLine lowers emissions to only 119 g CO2/km.
From one Yeti comes two – the Czech compact-SUV will soon be available in two variants: as the elegant and stylish ŠKODA Yeti for the town, and an adventurous off-road ŠKODA Yeti. The two design variations will feature a new front and rear, new alloy wheels, fresh interiors, new Simply Clever ideas, even more functionality and extended engine/gear combinations. The new models are to be unveiled at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September and by the end of 2013, both new ŠKODA Yeti variants will have been launched on the first markets.
The ŠKODA Yeti was the fifth of ŠKODA’s model ranges, the car introduced to the compact SUV segment in 2009. A total of 263,200 ŠKODA Yetis have been sold up till June, 2013. Around 87,400 Yetis were delivered in 2012– an increase of 24.3% over the previous year. The cars popularity increases year on year. With a market share of around 5% in Europe, the Yeti SUV is clearly one of the top 10 best-selling A-Class SUVs.

In a survey carried out by ‘Auto Express’, the Yeti, among others, was chosen by around 46,000 readers to be the car, with which UK customers were most satisfied.
