The Nismo Legend goes on, New Nissan Juke Nismo RS

The flagships of the Nissan range, the Nismo legend continues. Following the release of the Nissan GT-R Nismo developed, honed and perfected, Nissan have just released pictures of the New Juke Nismo RS, its top of the range performance focussed compact crossover.

More power, enhanced braking, sharper handling and extra equipment. Power is now up to 218PS from 200PS. Torque is up 30Nm to 280Nm. The ride and handling is better than the previous model due to a strengthened body. Upgraded sports brakes and an oversize muffler. A mechanical slip diff has been added on the 2wd models.

New Slick looking  V-Motion grille, red brake callipers and RS badges complete the look outside. Inside the car some great looking Recaro bucket seats. There is a choice of transmission with the six speed manual or the paddle shift Xtronic  which can be operated as an eight-speed in manual mode.

Like all the Nismo models, this Juke RS is motorsport inspired design, with aerodynamics and engineering to deliver thrilling performance and handling in a road car.
