Audi A2 takes the lead– The futuristic A2 concept is set to make its Frankfurt Show debut with all-electric power, advanced multi-material hybrid construction and a host of innovative features.
Audi to the power of four – Four new Audi models are destined for the 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show. The S6 and S6 Avant, S7 Sportback and S8 share a new V8 bi-turbo petrol engine featuring cylinder on demand technology, the S6 models and S7 Sportback taking the unit in 420PS form and the S8 using a 520PS version.
Audi A8 takes charge – The Audi A8 hybrid, which will reach the UK late next year, combines a four-cylinder petrol engine with an electric motor to achieve 44mpg-plus economy and all-electric, completely local emissions-free running at speeds of up to 62mph.
The Spyder variant of the Audi urban concept, which will be presented at the IAA 2011 in Frankfurt alongside the Sportback version, has a low, continuous window area and doors that open diagonally upwards.

Express delivery for Audi – The new A6 Saloon and A1 premium sub-compact hatchback have been honoured with category wins in the Executive Car and Premium Supermini classes at the Auto Express New Car Awards 2011 (2 August).
Audi takes five to the fore – Subtly restyled and extensively re-engineered A5 and S5 Sportback, A5 and S5 Coupe and A5 and S5 Cabriolet models are announced this week. Prices start from £25,540 OTR, orders can be taken from September and deliveries are due to begin in December.
