Ferrari FF Slalom Race Alonso and Massa

The place Madonna di Campiglio 12 January 2012, a location more suited to World Cup Downhill Racing. The backdrop for an exciting parallel slalom race in two V12 FF Ferrari with 660 bhp, driven by two top Scuderia Ferrari drivers Felipe Massa and Fernando Alonso. The two drivers went head to head through the finish gates in the amazing four seater, four wheel drive Ferrari FF.

The drivers were assisted in the handling and traction with the integral 4wd track system. The system deals independently on each wheel with the constantly changing and variable torque on each wheel.  The Ferrari FF, a pure thoroughbred keeps the Ferrari flag flying high, the sporty and dynamic experience is aided by a transaxle layout – front engine and rear mounted transmission and weight distrubuted 53% biased to the rear. The slippery race ended in a dead heat with Fernando Alonso unable to hide his enthusiasm

“It’s incredible how easy it is to drive the FF even on a such a demanding surface and at the same time, how high a performance level you can reach in it.” Said Alonso

Massa shared his views: “the most incredible thing about the car is the fact there is no need to compromise maximum performance and useability, whatever the driving environment,” reckoned the Brazilian. “And on top of that, it’s perfect for everyday use with the whole family in the car.”
