One fortunate British customer taking delivery of the Lexus LFA supercar with the amazing Nürburgring Package, This is the first of 50 cars that will be sold throughout Europe, certainly a rare beast.
One car we have been waiting for. The Lexus LFA here finished in orange with a black interior, the model’s exclusivity is matched by its track-focused performance and hand-crafted quality. Building on the speed and handling of the LFA, the Nürburgring Package adds a number of elements that increase downforce for sharper circuit performance, without compromising out-and-out speed.
The Nürburgring Package includes a front spoiler made from an advanced lightweight composite, CFRP a carbon fibre reinforced plastic, special mesh-type wheels with high-grip tyres to improve manoeuvrability and stability. The maximum power from the LFA’s 4.8-litre V10 engine has been increased from 552 to a massive 562bhp (411 to 420kW). Now with a more than adequate nought to 62mph acceleration time in 3.7 seconds with a top speed of 202mph.
The LFA Nürburgring package has shown its metal with a performance check by professional driver Akira Iida who drove the exceptional LFA around the Nürburgring’s famous Nordschleife.
